Juicy redcurrant, pink grapefruit, ripe citrus pith. Combined with smoky armagnac and subtle spice.

NOTES FROM THE VINEYARD

An air frost in late April took it's toll on the yields this year, so wine volumes were down - however the reduced number of bunches meant the fruit intensity was high and the resulting wines filled with flavour...the result? A beautiful, single varietal Sparkling Rosé that was a huge wine hit with Sommeliers and customers alike. This wine was adored for it's intense flavour profile and it's stunning compatability with food.
